TERMS OF SALE

1. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on thelevateclub.shop by Madame Roaya Elgohary, located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (SIRET: 99385030400011).

2. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery We deliver to France and internationally. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. The Elevate Club is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation) In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at thelevateclub@gmail.com. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

7. Warranties All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).

8. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, you may contact us first at thelevateclub@gmail.com. You also have the right to use an approved mediation service (médiateur de la consommation) free of charge.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
