SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping from All orders are shipped from Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

3. Domestic Shipping (France)

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

4. International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)

  • EU delivery: 3–7 business days
  • International delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply for orders outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
