REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for any reason, no questions asked. To initiate a return, contact us at thelevateclub@gmail.com.
2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Free from damage caused by the customer
3. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thelevateclub@gmail.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
